Roasted Guava Powder
Roasted Guava Powder: A finely ground, thoroughly dried edible ingredient. Roasting alone does not make a powder: the material must be dry enough to grind, and shelf life cannot be inferred from appearance.
Context
Use ripe guava flesh or prepared pulp and remove its hard seeds when smooth texture is required. Sweetened guava paste is a different starting ingredient from fresh fruit.
Example
A menu could use this preparation as a measured dry seasoning. This is an illustrative use, not a standardized recipe.
How THT uses it
At The Hidden Table, this preparation would be adjusted to the guests, the course and the ingredient available, so it contributes a clear purpose and helps make the experience distinctly yours.
