Roasted Cassava Powder
Roasted Cassava Powder: A finely ground, thoroughly dried edible ingredient. Roasting alone does not make a powder: the material must be dry enough to grind, and shelf life cannot be inferred from appearance.
Context
Use correctly processed edible cassava, fully cooked before a finishing roast or grill. Remove the woody core; cooked starch thickens liquids and needs enough moisture for a smooth result.
Example
A menu could use this preparation as a measured dry seasoning. This is an illustrative use, not a standardized recipe.
How THT uses it
At The Hidden Table, this preparation would be adjusted to the guests, the course and the ingredient available, so it contributes a clear purpose and helps make the experience distinctly yours.
