Roasted Avocado Vinaigrette
Roasted Avocado Vinaigrette: A dressing combining an acidic liquid, oil and the prepared ingredient. Whisking disperses the oil temporarily; separation is normal unless another ingredient stabilizes the mixture.
Context
Use sound ripe flesh without skin or stone. Gentle, brief heating preserves more of its character; prolonged roasting can produce bitterness, and exposed purée browns readily.
Example
A menu could use this preparation to dress a salad just before serving. This is an illustrative use, not a standardized recipe.
How THT uses it
At The Hidden Table, this preparation would be adjusted to the guests, the course and the ingredient available, so it contributes a clear purpose and helps make the experience distinctly yours.
